President Goodluck Jonathan has ordered an investigation into last Monday’s killing of 40 students in Mubi, Adamawa State.
The directive was given shortly after the Minister of Education, Professor Ruqqayat Rufai briefed the Federal Executive Council on the matter this morning.
Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati, who briefed State House Correspondents stated that the president condemned the incident, describing it as “tragic, sad and shocking.”
